Although it’s been four years since Red Dead Redemption 2 was released, the game has not disappointed fans with its quality and popularity.
Even after you’ve finished the game, the replay value is high. If you’ve had enough of wandering around the fictionalized version of the Western, Midwestern, and Southern United States, you may start to find the multiplayer version interesting as well.
However, the game has about 50 hours of playtime. As a result, most fans won’t know where to look for entertaining content. To help with this issue, we’ve compiled a list of the 3 most fun and interesting activities you can partake in while playing Red Dead Redemption 2!
#1: Gamble
While this is the least bizarre activity on the list, it’s the most fun one! There are many saloons you can visit throughout the game. These minigames are usually very reminiscent of online roulette and blackjack.
It’s important to note that not every saloon will have all the casino games available. This requires the player to explore and try out different saloons to get the full experience of gambling in Red Dead Redemption 2.
All you need is a map of all the saloons’ locations and some basic knowledge about the games you’re going to be playing. If you enjoy a good gambling adventure, fret not. Red Dead Redemption 2 will deliver in this aspect!
#2: Hunt “exotic” animals
We already know that the game is set in North America, and hunting animals native to this area isn’t anything out of the ordinary. However, one Stranger mission sends the player out to retrieve some circus animals.
Among these animals are a lion, a zebra, and a tiger. While playing through the mission, you’ll find out that most of these animals aren’t all they’re made out to be.
The mission’s name is “He’s British, of Course”. The player can only pick it up starting from Chapter 3. It’s good, harmless fun that doesn’t steal much of your time but provides good laughs!
#3: Help a time traveler
You wouldn’t expect time travel to be very prevalent in games like these. However, this fun Easter egg of a mission takes you on a wild journey with a man named Francis Sinclair.
The first thing the player will notice is the unusual accent. Upon completing the mission and returning to Francis Sinclair, you’ll find that there’s a striking resemblance between him and another NPC standing next to him.
Players soon find out that the woman standing next to Francis is his mother. Additionally, the baby she’s holding has a birthmark that looks suspiciously similar to the one Francis bears on his face!
This mission, “Geology for Beginners”, is available from Chapter 2 onward.
